- Try different activities until you find one you enjoy (e.g. swimming, dancing, gardening)
- Invite a friend to join you — moving with others makes it more fun
- Reframe “exercise” as simply “moving your body”
- Celebrate doing something, even when it’s not perfect
Movement doesn’t have to be intense or structured. If it gets you moving and makes you feel good, it counts.
