Try these gentle stretches:

  • Chin tucks: Sit tall, gently draw your chin back to align neck and spine

  • Ear-to-shoulder: Slowly lower one ear toward the same-side shoulder, hold, then switch sides

  • Neck rolls: Roll your head slowly in a circle, pausing if you feel strain

  • Shoulder shrugs: Lift both shoulders up toward your ears, hold briefly, and release
