Common Support Questions

How do I reset my password or change my email?

You can manage your password and email from inside the Twikka app under Settings → Account. If you can't access your account, send us a message above and include the email you signed up with so we can help.

How do I report a bug effectively?

Please include: what you were trying to do, what happened instead, your device and OS version, and your Twikka app version (Settings → About). Screenshots or short screen recordings help us reproduce and fix issues faster.

How do I request my data or delete my account?

You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time. Email support@twikka.com from the address linked to your account, or use the form above and select 'Data, Privacy or Deletion'. We process requests within 30 days as required by GDPR.
