If you don’t love exercise, find a way to move that feels good — even a small walk makes a difference.
Not everyone enjoys exercise — and that’s okay. The key is finding movement that fits your personality, lifestyle, and preferences.
How to make it easier:
Start small with something manageable like a 10-minute walk
Try different activities until you find one you enjoy (e.g. swimming, dancing, gardening)
Invite a friend to join you — moving with others makes it more fun
Reframe “exercise” as simply “moving your body”
Celebrate doing something, even when it’s not perfect
Movement doesn’t have to be intense or structured. If it gets you moving and makes you feel good, it counts.
