If you don’t love exercise, find a way to move that feels good — even a small walk makes a difference.

Not everyone enjoys exercise — and that’s okay. The key is finding movement that fits your personality, lifestyle, and preferences.

How to make it easier:

  • Start small with something manageable like a 10-minute walk

  • Try different activities until you find one you enjoy (e.g. swimming, dancing, gardening)

  • Invite a friend to join you — moving with others makes it more fun

  • Reframe “exercise” as simply “moving your body”

  • Celebrate doing something, even when it’s not perfect


Movement doesn’t have to be intense or structured. If it gets you moving and makes you feel good, it counts.
